Shipping Policy

In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, durations and charges that apply to product orders made through our website, email or any forms of Social Media (e.g. Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook).

Geographical Limitations

We deliver to most countries and territories worldwide. 

We may from time to time not find a suitable courier company to deliver our products to you safely if you live in a remote area or territory. In such a case, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded after we inform you by email accordingly. 

Due to certain economic sanctions out of our control, we may not be able to deliver our products to your country.

Shipping Method & Times

To reduce our environmental footprint, our jewellery is made on demand within 10 to 14 days from the date you place an order.

Our delivery partners are Quiqup (Local) and DHL (International). Once an order has been shipped, it will have the following transit time:

(a) If your delivery address is in the UAE, your order will arrive within 1 to 2 working days.

(b) If your delivery address is in the GCC (all countries except UAE), your order will arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

(c) If your delivery address is outside the GCC, your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are free for all UAE orders. For international orders (all countries except UAE), shipping charges will be applied to your product during the checkout process on our website. Kindly note: We offer complimentary shipping for international orders above AED 1500.

Shipment Tracking

Shipment tracking is available on all e-commerce orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order.

Receipt and Signature

All orders must be received in person at the delivery address and a signature must be provided. If you are not at the recipient address at the time of delivery, a DHL courier representative will give you a call or email you to reschedule the delivery for a convenient time. If there are several failed delivery attempts, the DHL courier service will return the parcel to our registered office address: Office 13A, Almas Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, U.A.E. In this case, we will be required to charge you for any applicable shipment return costs and/or taxes and duties incurred.

Customs and Duties

All countries have varying taxes and duties which are out of our control. If you are making an international purchase, please check with your local customs office to find out about any additional charges that may be applied to your order. All customs clearance charges are the complete responsibility of our customers.
