Refund policy

Returns Policy

The returns policy shall apply to all of our customers that have made orders through our website, email or social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram or Whatsapp. Our policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

(a) unused and in the same condition that you received it, or otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(b) in the original packaging, with any seal or wraps still intact or labels still attached;

(c) shipped to us within 14 days following the date of receipt of your product.

Returns Procedure

To complete your return according to our policy, we require you to send us an email to to obtain all applicable instructions and a return label.

Products returned under this policy should be shipped with Quiqup courier requiring signature for delivery at the address supplied in the return authorisation email.

We offer complimentary returns for local orders. Kindly note that we can only refund you through the original payment method which you chose when making your order. We cannot provide refunds for Cash on Delivery orders, but will provide full store credit through a gift card voucher which is valid for up to a year from the date of receipt.

All international orders are final.


We do not accept returns on the following products:

(a) Earrings that require a piercing (due to hygiene reasons);

(b) Any customised orders, engraved jewellery or customised sizing done at your specific request

(c) Any product personalised for you in any other way 

(d) Any Cash on Delivery orders


Once you return to us the product as outlined in our policy, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then credit you with a refund via your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Collaboration or Partnership Items

Any items made in collaboration or partnership with a third party company cannot be refunded or exchanged. (i.e. Donation pieces, Limited Edition pieces, Collections which are co-designed with another individual, brand or company that is not included in the Fyne Jewellery Registered Name).


For local orders, we offer a resizing service for rings and bracelets at a set fee of AED 50.

All international orders are final.

We replace items in the rare occurrence that they have arrived defective or damaged. Please send us an email at with an image of your product and the order number.
