Tabby FAQs

  • Which payment methods does Tabby accept?

    Tabby currently accepts all approved credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa). Tabby also accepts Apple Pay payments in the UAE. 

  • Are there any Collection Charges ? What happens when I miss a payment?

    Tabby is committed to responsible spending, which is why every purchase is carefully considered before approval. You will receive regular reminders before any due payments to avoid missing them. If Tabby is unable to collect payments on the scheduled day, you will no longer be able to make purchases with Tabby until dues are paid.

     

    A collection charge of 15 AED is charged a day after a payment is due. If you have not repaid for another two weeks, an additional collection charge of 30 AED is applied.

  • Will I be auto-charged when my payment is due?

    Yes, if you paid by a credit card Visa or MasterCard, you will be autocharged a payment when it's due.

  • How do I make a return?

    All refunds will be issued according to our store's policy for returns and cancellations. Once, you have requested a return or cancellation, we will process your refund through Tabby.

  • How long does a refund take?

    In the UAE, the amount is returned to the card used for the payment process. This will show up on your balance within 2 – 5 days, but could take longer depending on your bank.

  • Why was my purchase not approved by Tabby?

    Tabby does not approve 100% of all orders as they are committed to supporting responsible shopping habits. Tabby uses different factors to determine whether orders are approved and your spending limit may vary based on Fyne's store limit which is AED 6,000.

  • How can I increase my chances of getting approved?

    A good payment history with Tabby can improve your chances of being approved for more purchases as well as how long you've been using Tabby to shop.

    If you have negative balances on unpaid purchases, it might help to pay them off to possibly increase your approval chances.

    The total amount in the shopping cart may be too high, so try to remove an item(s) and try again.

    Make sure you have only one Tabby account created.

Cashew FAQs

  • How do I sign up for Cashew?

    Simply download the Cashew app from the app store or play store and enter your mobile number and email ID. To verify your account, provide a picture of your Emirates ID and a selfie.

  • Am I eligible to pay in instalments?

    As long as you are over 21 years old, have a UAE phone number, email address, UAE debit or credit card, and a valid Emirates ID (valid for at least 90 days), you are eligible to use Cashew.

  • Are there any additional costs if I pay in instalments?

    No, there are no additional fees or costs if you pay your instalments on time. However, please note that late payments will incur a fee, which is 2% of the instalment due, with a minimum of 20 AED for each missed instalment.

  • How do I know when to pay the instalments?

    The first instalment is paid at the time of purchase, and the remaining instalments will be automatically deducted every 30 days from your selected card. Don't worry about missing any payments, Cashew will send you reminders to ensure a smooth payment experience.

  • What if I can't pay an instalment?

    We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so you can snooze the payment and get up to 10 extra days to clear the pending instalment. However, if funds are not available in your selected card for cashew to automatically deduct, a late payment fee will be charged.

  • How can I cancel or exchange my order from Fyne Jewellery?

    Cashew follows Fyne Jewellery's standard policy for cancellations and exchanges. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    1.Unused and in the same condition that you received it, or otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

    2.In the original packaging, with any seal or wraps still intact or labels still attached;

    3.Shipped to us within 14 days following the date of receipt of your product.

  • Why has my purchase not been approved for the instalment plan?

    As part of the commitment to support responsible shopping habits, Cashew does not approve 100% of purchases. We understand the frustration of being declined and encourage you to try again at a later date. The Customer Service team is unable to change the automated outcome of the approval decision.
